5:30 PM AMRAP in 7 minutes



  • 23 Burpees

  • 9 Kettlebell Swings (50/35 lb)

  • 5 Deadlifts (275/185 lb)

On a 7-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetition as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.
