EMOM stands for "Every Minute On the Minute", a workout format where you perform a predetermined number of repetitions of an exercise or series of exercises at the beginning of each minute. The remaining time within that minute serves as your rest period. The quicker you complete the work, the more rest time you earn before the next minute starts.
