BURPEE: 15 seconds, COUNT REPS

LEVEL 2:

JUMP ROPE: 45 seconds, COUNT REPS

BURPEE: 30 seconds, COUNT REPS

Record it on whiteboard


LEVEL 3:

JUMP ROPE: 60 seconds, COUNT REPS

BURPEE: 45 seconds, COUNT REPS

Record it on whiteboard


ADD ALL (3) SCORES FOR TOTAL
