For Time:

  • 90 Sit-Ups

  • 80 Russian Twists (each side)

  • 70 Up Downs

  • 60 Alternating Box Step-Ups (24/20 in)

  • 50 Bench Press (use 75% of your 2RM)

  • 40 Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lb)

  • 20 Inverted Burpees AKA Reverse curl to chair pose. Use elevated bench for modification

  • 10 Wall Walks

    INVERTED BURPEE - USE ELEVATED BENCH FOR MODIFICATION OR SCALING
