OPEN GYM refers to times when members and non-members with experience can train independently, using the facility's equipment to work on specific skills, complete missed workouts, or follow a personalized training plan, rather than participating in a structured group class led by a coach. Also great for those with crazy, busy lives who cannot always make it to scheduled classes. It offers flexibility for members to focus on individual goals, practice movements, or make up workouts from missed classes.
COST: FREE to VIP members
$10 for NON-members
What Happens During Open Gym
Independent Programming: Members create their own workout routines or follow a CIRCUIT designed by Lisa.
Skill Practice: You can practice specific movements that are holding you back from progressing, like double-unders or pull ups.
Missed Workouts: You can complete WODs (Workout of the Day) you missed earlier in the week.
Weakness Focus: Members can spend time on movements they find difficult or have identified as weaknesses.
Personalized Goals: Open Gym is an opportunity to work on specific goals, such as preparing for an event or competition.
