A good trainer ALWAYS coaches to the BEGINNER, that's where everyone starts. As the confidence grows, so do the challenges. We all know "what doesn't challenge you won't change you". If you haven't changed your routine, or increased weight to your lifts, or added more protein to your diet, your body will stay where you are. GET OFF THE PLATEAU at FlexFit Sport Club!
The biggest excuse I hear is, "I don't have time". Carve out 45 minutes, 2x per week, your future-self will look back and THANK YOU! Find the class time you know you can attend, because CONSISTENCY is not only the KEY, but also easier if you're not constantly moving appts. around!
3 sessions TODAY: 8:30 AM - Lots of PT, all levels here!!
4:15 PM - Smaller group, ideal for teachers and students!
5:30 PM - A little more intense, slightly larger group
This entire WOD can be done OUTDOORS if weather cooperates!!

20 front-rack walking lunge ♀ 65 lb♂ 95 lb
