WOD: Every minute on the minute (EMOM)

for 8 minutes:

2 shoulder presses USING BARBELL

ADD WEIGHT & (2) REPS EACH ROUND


Use 50-60% of the heaviest set for the workout BELOW.

Then,

4 rounds for time of:

400-meter run OR 500m row
