Beginner Workout for Teachers - COST: $6 !!!

Staying fit and energized is essential for teachers, who often have non-stop, demanding schedules. As you start a new year, let's try to maintain high levels of energy, and train your body for strength to get through your day. This beginner workout is designed to be simple, effective, and can be done in a short amount of time, making it perfect for busy professionals.

Workout Overview

  • Duration: 20-30 minutes

  • Frequency: 2-3 times per week

  • Equipment Needed: None (optional: yoga mat)

Warm-Up (5 minutes)

  • learn the basics to prevent injury and get introduced the skills and drills of today's WOD

Workout Routine (15-20 minutes)

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest. Complete 2-3 rounds of the entire circuit.

  • The circuits will vary each visit, NO BOREDOM HERE

Cool Down (5 minutes)

  • Grab a post-WOD recovery at Hairy's and head home with a new attitude!

Tips for Success

  • Stay hydrated before, during, and after your workout.

  • Listen to your body; if something feels uncomfortable, tell your trainer so she can show you a modification.

  • Consistency is key; aim to stick to your workout schedule as much as possible.

  • Consider pairing workouts with a buddy for motivation.
